Municipal Property Corporation

The primary duties of this Corporation are related to City of Cottonwood bond issues that are under consideration. The Corporation reviews the City's Annual Report, and is required by the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) to file a Corporation Annual Report and Certification of Disclosure along with the Listing of all Municipal Corporation Officers and Directors. This report must include the City's annual Assets and Liabilities. There are three members who meet annually and when a bond issue may be considered. The City's Administrative Services General Manager is appointed to the board by the City Council.
